After our bedroom window was smashed in an act of vandalism, Colin responded quickly with a very reasonable quote and arrived within a few hours. He was punctual, friendly and professional, and replaced the window efficiently despite the pouring rain. He also pointed out an issue with the previous tint installation that we hadn't noticed. Excellent service and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend North Shore Glass.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Colin on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing Saturday morning to replace my daughters smashed window when the other places I tried to call were either already closed or not able to help until next week. I will be saving his number and calling him first if I ever need a window replaced again.
Really appreciate it!

I called Colin when our front door was smashed and he came out first thing the next morning on a Sunday to fix it. Other quotes I got were crazy money. Really well priced, job well done will defo recommend him in the future.

Great communication, easy to deal with, good value and a quality job.

The culprit is still denying any involvement… despite having four legs and a very guilty face 🐶

Highly recommend Colin!

I rang Colin after 2 other places told me I have to wait 4 days to replace shattered glass of the laundry door. Colin was able to come out within an hour and did a great and very clean job. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rang North Shore glass for a quote, Colin was able to come out within the hour and measure everything up. He was polite, very friendly and easy to deal with. I organised a day for the glass to be installed and Colin arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Thanks Colin the new window, looks fantastic. I would highly recommend giving Colin a call at North Shore glass and support a great small local business.

Colin was at my house within half an hour of my call! Very efficient service and an excellent job. Left the job sparkling clean as well. Thanks so much Colin!

Called North shore glass as our dog ran through the glass sliding door and Colin was here within 1.5hrs from when we called, He did a fantastic job at a great price. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, lovely bloke and did an amazing job thank you

I had a crack in my house front window that was rapidly getting worse due to the high winds and general poor winter weather we are having at the moment. I called Colin late yesterday afternoon and explained the situation. He was able to attend early this morning to replace the piece of glass and also fix a problem with the frame that had caused the glass to crack in the first place. Quick turnout and quality work at a great price. Colin is a very friendly person to speak to and I would recommend him to anybody. Cheers Colin

I arranged for a door repair with a different trader who set the date for 4 days away. The trader then messaged me next day delaying the repair by a further day. We were expecting friends to stay with us for a week or more and the sliding door to the yard and pergola was jammed. We needed an urgent fix!! I left a message with North Shore Glass, and glazier/repairman Colin replied an hour or two later. He said he could come out and do the job in the morning even though it would be a Saturday. He arrived on time checked the door and got to work. The door is a heavy glass sliding door. One or more rollers had clearly collapsed; yet Colin worked single-handedly to remove the door, carry it to his flatbed vehicle for repair work then carry it back in to fix it in position. He was on time; he worked cleanly and carefully; he worked efficiently, taking only 60 minutes, if that and his price for the job was very reasonable. He is a very pleasant individual and I could relax in his company. Oh – and the door?? Better than a bought one!
